In this episode of the Intelligent Racer Podcast we talk with Sara McLarty about her athletic background from 7 year old triathlete to professional triathlete and beyond. We then discuss her coaching philosophy especially as it relates to swimming. Finally, we talk about the swimrun race format by focusing on a race in Sweden called the ÖTILLÖ Swimrun World Championships where teams of two people swim between 26 islands after running across those islands for a total of 10k of swimming and 65k of trail running.
